Service Agreement
Effective date: 2026-05-13. This Service Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, software services, and mobile applications provided by Chengdu Haoqing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

2. Acceptance and Applicability
- By accessing our website or using our apps and services, you agree to this Service Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
- If you are using services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
- If you do not agree, do not use the services.
3. Service Scope
Our services may include website content, enterprise technical support, and mobile applications published through Google Play, Apple App Store, and other compliant stores.
- Intelligent robotics technology research and development.
- Smart home product research, development, and sales.
- Industrial automation control and IoT technology development and promotion.
- Big data and cloud computing technology services.
- Digital twin technology applications.
- Weak current engineering design and construction.
- Intelligent building system integration.
- Sales of electronic products, hardware electromechanical products, and office equipment.
- Advertising design, production, and agency services.
- Mobile management applications and related lifecycle operations.
4. Account and Access Conditions
- You must provide accurate information when registering or contacting us.
- You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate access for security, legal, policy, or abuse reasons.
5. App Store Terms and Distribution Rules
- When using our mobile applications, you are also subject to the terms, policies, and billing rules of the relevant app store.
- Google Play users must comply with Google Play Terms of Service and applicable purchase and subscription conditions.
- Apple App Store users must comply with Apple Media Services Terms and App Store conditions.
- For other app stores, users are bound by each platform's legal terms and regional policies.
- Store operators are not responsible for our service obligations except where required by law.
6. Fees, Billing, and Commercial Terms
- Some services are free, while others may require paid subscriptions, project contracts, usage fees, or one-time payments.
- Paid terms, taxes, invoicing, and currency are governed by service orders, app store billing, or signed enterprise contracts.
- Refunds for app store purchases are subject to the policies of the store where the purchase was made unless local law requires otherwise.
7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
- No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or harmful use of services.
- No unauthorized access, reverse engineering where prohibited, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or disruption attempts.
- No violation of export controls, sanctions regulations, or intellectual property rights.
- No attempts to manipulate ad traffic, ad clicks, attribution, or monetization systems in violation of platform rules.
8. Advertising Operations and Monetization Terms
Some apps may display open app ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, and banner ads.
- Ad delivery and measurement may involve third-party platforms such as Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, ironSource, Pangle, Mintegral, InMobi, Chartboost, Liftoff, Vungle, Smaato, Digital Turbine, Start.io, and mediated demand partners.
- Users must not use automation, fraud tools, click farms, spoofing, VPN abuse patterns, or unauthorized scripts to manipulate ad traffic.
- Rewarded ad logic requires completion rules and anti-abuse controls. Rewards may be denied where fraud or policy violations are detected.
- Ad personalization and consent rules are managed based on applicable regional regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
- All software, text, graphics, designs, logos, source code, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Except where explicitly licensed, no rights are granted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works.
- Third-party marks and technologies remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
- Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- You agree not to submit unlawful or unauthorized personal data through our services.
- Enterprise customers remain responsible for lawful data handling in their own environments unless explicitly delegated by contract.
11. Age Requirements and Child Protection
- Users must meet the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction to enter binding agreements or use the service independently.
- Where minors are allowed by law, parental or guardian authorization may be required.
- Child-directed or age-sensitive services apply additional limitations for data and advertising features.
12. Service Availability and Changes
- We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of services to improve quality, address security, or satisfy legal obligations.
- Maintenance windows, network interruptions, force majeure events, or third-party service failures may affect availability.
- We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain reliable service operations.
13. Warranties and Disclaimers
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are provided on an as available and as is basis to the extent permitted by law.
- We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent legally allowed.
- Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights required by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
- Total liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid by you for the relevant service during the applicable claim period, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- This limitation does not exclude liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Indemnification
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chengdu Haoqing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd from claims arising from your misuse of services, violation of law, or breach of this agreement.
16. Regional Legal Compliance
- Users must comply with laws in their jurisdiction, including data protection, consumer rights, sanctions, anti-corruption, and export controls.
- Service terms are intended to align with major legal frameworks including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and CPRA, PIPEDA, LGPD, APPI, PIPL, and other applicable privacy and digital laws.
- Where local mandatory law conflicts with this agreement, mandatory law prevails to that extent only.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law or written enterprise contract, this agreement is governed by applicable laws connected to the service provider's principal place of business.
- Disputes should first be raised through good faith negotiation by contacting support@cdhaoqing.com.
- If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to competent courts or agreed arbitration venues in accordance with applicable law and contract terms.
18. Termination
- You may stop using services at any time, and may request account closure where applicable.
- We may terminate or suspend access for violations, risk events, legal mandates, or inactivity as permitted by law and contract.
- Sections that by nature should survive termination remain in effect, including legal, payment, intellectual property, and limitation terms.
19. Agreement Updates
- We may revise this agreement to reflect legal, technical, operational, or business changes.
- Material updates will be posted on this page and may also be communicated in app or by other reasonable notice channels where required.
